So what you're saying is...

Patrick, we in the Jalop community forgive you and your criminal record. Now, onto the memes!

What's worse, driving 93mph in a school zone? Or driving 13mph in a school zone with a big smile waving to all the children?

So I'm supposed to run from the cops in a press car owned by General Motors, with one of their employees in the passenger's seat?

Prices on the early w221s are also falling, and, while not as low as the 220s (say for the price of a new minivan), if one can spring a little more money, I think they may be a better deal. First the ABC system on the 220s was just awful. Not a matter of if they were going to go bad, but when. While not totally

I've owned multiple new and used AMGs and yes out warranty maintenance can be astoundingly expensive if handle poorly. For example one morning I go to my freshly out of warranty 07 CL65 only to find the rear air suspension completely shot. Mercedes quoted me for $5,700 in repairs, but I took it to a classic Merc

I had a non AMG, CL600. I had an aftermarket extended warranty that did pay some. Maintenance and repairs for 3 years cost me $32,000. There is nothing more expensive than a cheap Mercedes. I've said this over and over and Jalopnik writers still keep encouraging ill-informed viewer to take the plunge.

I've watched enough Top Gear to know that none of those finds would actually make that power on a Dyno

Yeah, but the M3 isn't available as a brown wagon now is it? The tuned Diesel is.

Driver's door? Look carefully.

Yes, D3. As in "diesel." But the Alpina D3 isn't your mom's Jetta TDI wagon. It has 350 horsepower and a staggering 516 pound-feet of torque at just 1,500 RPM. And in addition to being more economical, it's an Alpina, so it's more luxurious and adept in the corners than your average 3-Series sedan.

I know I am likely ruining this wonderful fact by stating this, but the Youbian Puma's official page has 3 Likes. 3. Likes.

I wonder if this is only open to original P1 owners or people who bought theirs pre-owned.

That seems weird , I wouldn't be surprised if your car had a problem. My father's previous 308 came with the same kind of engine (old gen though), and sometimes it would just cut for a few second while accelerating, with no reason.

Well, bummer..
As a side note. That horn wasn't a defect?! It sound to me like that was the case.
And if that is the case the car might have had other problems.
Did it manage to get over 3000rpm. The antipollution faulty (caused by a number of factors) error could send this car into a limp mode and give you that dead car

I just threw up in my mouth a little. If, by character, you mean plastic death.

Yeah and? You don't need a gazillion horsepower to get around town. A torquey engine is sufficient, and you can even take the on-ramp to the highway safely.

To help explain, we'll start in a place where the designers clearly didn't: the engine. Although Citroen claims my C-Elysee was powered by a 92-horsepower 1.6-liter turbodiesel, I beg to differ. I think it was powered by whatever keeps my iPhone running, except maybe slightly detuned so things don't get really out of
