I don’t think the exclusivity matters. If it wasn’t available on PS4 those 950,000 who bought it there would have bought it on the 3ds. Japan is crazy for Dragon Quest, they would’ve bought 3ds’ if they didn’t already have one (in fact, hardware sales jumped dramatically so many did).
