@Jonny_eh: You should have brought this point up to begin with.
@Roth: Yah, because the military doesn't have PR to media train their reps. Just like every major business in the world.
I'm going to assume most military feels the same way as this guy.
@Bricked: You brought up the tangent of movies not me.
@Bricked: Movies get a free pass because the industry is big enough to do whatever they want. There is a huge double standard. No one thinks twice about movie violence, but every single version of GTA gets ripped a new one in the press.
@Clixx13: Splashy graphics= other media i.e. ok to show fighting in commericals (but not games)
@Zero_Beat: I know! Any opinion critical of the government or military should be silenced immediately.
@thesircuddles: Good point.
Typical right wing hypocrisy.
@ILoveBurritos: True, and follow the logic. MSFT makes no money off one option. Steam makes money off another. Hence they are competing.
For those of you who think Value and MSFT are NOT competitors (and partners at the same time). I give you exhibit A:
@Batman: I'm sorry for being blunt, but it is astounding you got a star saying such stupid ****.
@archronos: Finally someone with a clue.
@Batman: Yah, because G4WL and Steam are completely different services and don't sell the same products or anything.
Last I heard Amazon ships to US bases, and would probably have a lower price with no taxes.
Typical republican twisted morals based thinking:
@coffinmouth: How is using XML bad in this situation?
@tok1879: Yup, we won the War on Terror (terror is now gone) and Bin Laden was brought to justice. We also won the hearts and minds of the Afghani. I hear they love us now.
Something tells me if the US was kicking ass and taking names in Afghanistan (i.e. caught Bin Laden after 9 years) suddenly this wouldn't be an issue....
