BeyondCompare rules. Fast, reliable with tons of options. Great for spot duplication backups and when you think files might change/when you do massive rearrangements.

@DrunkAus: What's wrong with Vuze? I like that it includes a transcoder that actually works. Excellent for both iPad/iPod and the 360.

@josh6135: Pretty much the same here. Lean towards PC/360 then PS3. Depends on price and used availability.
