Oh hell yes, on both the stroller and the (probably hideous) glider. Yes and yes and then yes again. While expecting my first kid, my friend helped me make a registry, and she suggested a very expensive (in my view at least, I was eyeing a $25 one) stroller and a truly ugly but pricey glider.

I pushed back and told

Yeah I don’t really care too much about who Rory ends up with - if she ends up with anyone at all. All I care about is Paris and Doyle still going strong.

I think it’s the shoes in that second photo.

Well to be fair, I judge Coulter’s choice to be a racist loon and her choice to promote horrifying, hateful rhetoric. I don’t think that’s in the same ballpark as judging Winter for her instagramming her selfies and showing some skin.

And I’m only happy when it’s below 60. Someone should totally write a sitcom about us having to room together. But where would it take place???

That’s how I feel about SoCal! It was fun to visit, but the relentless hot weather and utter dependence on a car would make it hell for me :) In all seriousness, though, growing up in NYC was a mixed bag for sure, and living there as an adult was definitely a trade-off. Still, if I could live there again (and not

Kinda, yeah. But Monica Geller at least managed to get that apartment without her grandmother actually LIVING there with her. If I wanted to move back to NY and live in the ‘family’ apartment, me & my hubby & 2 kids would be sharing that place with my parents. And my brother. With one bathroom.

Heh. Well, maybe? But as a former NYer (born and raised, my friend) I can tell you this - unless you’ve got a buttload of money or a family that has lived there since the 1960's and has lived in the same rent-controlled apartment for the last 48 years and will NEVER EVER EVER LEAVE, you’re going to have a hard time

She looks marvelous. But those shoes look EXTREMELY painful.

Oh boy, that sucks. Also: How can your son not know that “smoking-as-sign-of-totally-being-a-grown-up” is just SO 1988? Is he really that retro?

But if it makes you feel better, I asked my 12 yr old and she said he looks ‘her age’. So, there you go.

Not unless you’re 49 :)

No. I was thinking the same thing. Maybe it’s an odd angle or something, but that guy looks like he’s 12 years old.

Is it wrong that I’d rather my kid get busted by me for smoking a ‘marijuana cigarette’ than one made from tobacco? Seriously, I would be WAY more upset to find out my kid started smoking cigarettes.

I mean I don’t want either of them smoking ANYTHING, and certainly not something illegal, but as a former pack-a-day

See my answer above: yeppers. It’s so crazy.

Yep. This is typical for most NY private schools. My one family member who has ‘real’ money is sending his kid to a similar school, to the tune of $40K a year. He says “hey, that includes the bus to the school - and lunch!”. So, you know, BARGAIN.

Too. Fucking. True.

OMG THE PLAGUE DOGS. My middle-school reading traumas are all coming back to me now...

Three words: Strunk and White.

Oh FFS. What the hell is wrong with people? I really hope she hasn’t had any more idiots like that assaulting her dog.
