Korean, I have some goto recipes for the BBQ staples, spicy pork, cross cut beef ribs, bulgogi, but would love a look at what you think is next in this cuisine. I would also love some home methods for the kimchi style pickled radishes and other small sides (banchan?).

I bought this book based on this article and love it so far. Great pictures and recipes are well written and easy to follow.

While not thick, escapist fantasy, I can’t recommend enough the Vlad Taltos books by Steven Brust they are typically 350 pages. There are currently 15 books in the series so there is plenty to sink your teeth into and they are interesting twist on high fantasy.

Fried dill pickle spears for sure, you get the crunch of the batter and the salty kick you are looking for from a fry.  Also, the ranch or whatever dipping sauce for them would be great to dip a burger in.

I made this the other week and it was incredible!!! Thanks for the great idea.  Ended up using the saved beef fat to make a sauce and Yorkshire Pudding for a roast last week. 

How much pistachio do you use? I don’t see the amount in the listed recipe but you callout the addition and they are pictured.
