@yehoshua_ghitis: You're on Windows I presume? I always use it on Linux, but if you search around you should find some information on setting up an environment variable so that you can do it.
Maybe a bit too young. This kid is the exception because he has an interest, other kids will barely listen and walk away knowing almost nothing and probably panicking too much in the situation to actually use the first aid.
