Everything has a finite end.
Everything has a finite end.
I haven’t seen Host (though at first I confused it with The Host), but Terrified tops that list for me. I recommend that film to everybody and watch it every October. The freakiest part isn’t even a jump scare. That $%# dead kid gets me every time.
What? The writing could’ve been better, yeah. But James Wan is a superb director, and the acting wasn’t terrible.
Yeah, it’s easy to see the twist a mile away, but the movie is still satisfying. That third act is *chef’s kiss*.
I finished Hill House but couldn’t make it through Bly Manor. It’s funny that you mention Evil because I find it the complete opposite of what Flanagan tries to do. But you’re right, it’s incredibly bingeable and silly as hell. It’s similar to Michelle and Robert King’s other show, The Good Fight. I don’t find it…
Awww. I used to go to the Glen Helen RenFaire. I remember walking through an area as a sullen teen with a NIN shirt and a blacksmith yelled “For what reason, good man, do your nails need to be nine inches?”
THANK YOU! I knew Depp was replaced but I couldn’t remember who they got to take the role. Yeah, I’ll watch Mads chew scenery any day, and Jude Law was great.
Wait. I thought they cut Depp from this series. Am I making that up?
Broheim, “super gnarly” doesn’t begin to address its righteousness.
Why doesn’t anyone mention the fact that the plot sounds EXACTLY like John Carpenter’s “Escape from ...” movies?
I know him, and he does.
I think Dave Bautista has a shot. You pretty much describe him with this sentence:
Have to be honest. I followed Ken Jennings on Twitter for a while, and I am not surprised by this. His tweets come across as dickish quite frequently.
You’ve seen the original, no?
Disagree. Josh was a nice guy who deserved better. Sarah’s FBoy radar is clearly broken, even after she was told Garrett was an FBoy, was in a relationship previous to joining the show, that he was only in it for the money (which was true!) etc ... That said, she mentioned in an interview that the editing left out a…
It sucks because the first three songs on Hitch are PERFECT. The album falls apart after that.
I even enjoyed the second Lego Movie; although it clearly lost a lot of what made the first two films (Lego Movie and Batman) great.
I love that commercial.
But the place was nuked. I can’t imagine imagine him surviving unless he was also in the safe. If the blast didn’t kill him, the radiation would.
I love Rogue One, but Grand Moff Tarkin really bothers me. I wish they would just consider using someone who looks like the original actor. Or use a new actor! Characters get recast all the time. It’s not like they tried to deepfake Don Cheadle into Terrence Howard’s body in Iron Man 2.
