His comments about the guage were regarding the measurement before the game. The balls were definitely showing low pressure when measured at half time (especially when compared to the colts balls).

what are you talking about? The other two people involved in this BOTH said that Brady knew person B, and not only that, person B said that Brady TOLD him personally what pressures he wanted.

I have written elsewhere that it is silly to assume that the punishments for specific infringements will stay the same over time. In fact would would imagine that in an effort to finally stamp out certain infringements the league would come down much harder on teams.
