Leon Panetta confirmed on 60 Minutes that he, Hillary Clinton, and David Patraeus went to Obama with a pitch to leave 10-15,000 troops in Iraq. Obama said no. Presumably, President Clinton would agree with Secretary Clinton and would've left a residual force in Iraq.

As far as foreign policy goes I would expect President Clinton to be a considerable break from President Obama. If Golda Meir is indeed Hillary's source of emulation (mentioned in both Jeffrey Goldberg's Atlantic article and Hillary's own AIPAC speech), that's downright hawkish.
