It seems like you are more interested in saying Republicans are bad than figuring out a way to promote a better American political culture.

I agree that Fox News is the base of the GOP. What I'm saying is replace the base. Republicans don't win when they win angry old people. Republicans win when they win upwardly mobile families. In 1980 and 1984, upwardly mobile families liked Reagan. In 2020 and beyond, I can see them liking candidates like I listed…
I think if the GOP had an old-timey convention in lieu of the current reality TV show primary system the party would nominate candidates with broader demographic appeal. People like Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal, Nikki Haley, Carly Fiorina, or even Scott Walker would be formidable in a general election. The problem is Fox…
You sir should be a word maker upper guy.
I think that automatic assumption of your political opponents bad faith is one of the myriad reasons Trump is now a thing.
Hey I'd rather deal with a kid who gets every question on the SAT wrong, than someone who bursts in the exam room with a flamethrower and tries to burn the place down.
Ok let me go on a bit of a rant here.
Rubio knows a little bit about hip-hop.
That's a bit too much of a blanket statement for me. The southern, religious orientated faction of the GOP absolutely hates pop culture. The William F Buckley faction has always tried to be hip to the music of today (many times awkwardly so, but still tried).
Cruz's line for that is there will still be an entity in the Treasury Department to collect revenue, it just won't be the IRS.
Peter Gallagher's eyebrows may be impressive, but they are no match for former UMWA President John L. Lewis. The labor leader's eyemanes singlehandedly brought the coal miner into the 20th century. http://www.fofweb.com/Elect…
Nope. Can't agree with that at all. The President, even a deeply unpopular President in the middle of being impeached, still controls the DOJ, Homeland Security, Treasury Department, intelligence apparatus, and the military. I shudder to think what Trump would do with that power.
Barbara Bush wrote an apology letter to Marge after the former First Lady said the Simpsons was "the dumbest thing she ever saw" (something like that).
His favorite MLP is Applejack, so I think you're ok.
The manufacturing sector is not decimated. America is producing more manufactured goods than ever before. American manufacturing jobs are down because the damn robots (not illegals) took our jobs!
ScratStitch… ScratStitch.. ScratStitch… you don't even… you're glib!
There's a term in sociological academic literature: "oppositional culture". It's a euphemism for inner city gangster culture - if you honestly think talking to the police is bad, studying in school is bad, and having aspirations beyond joining a gang and dying young is bad, you are a product of oppositional culture.
No one who quotes the Simpsons could be an evil man.
Mae Whitman was like 14-16 years old when she filmed Arrested Development. I know she had plenty of acting experience growing up, but damn that is a role that could've easily messed with a teenage girls head. She's got fortitude, that Whitman.
