It’d be great if they would tune it like a McLaren turbo as well, unapologetically turbocharged with lag and revs instead of what every other OEM is doing these days.

The Rodius was actually available with 4 rows of seating, making it a perfect companion for the family that can't pull out.

As somebody from Asia, the utter stupidity that was being broadcasted daily by the WHO in March/April would give any administration plenty of cover to pull funding and pursue their own policies. Shame you guys have this guy in charge....

Unless Ford went full Porsche with their options I doubt this truck will cost anywhere near a house. Heck for many people this would be a damn sight cheaper than an apartment of the same footprint.

Sounds like the real issue is that for too many people, work == need to commute. Now would be a really good time for the Mayors of all large cities to dump a ton of money into improving their cities network connectivities (data, WiFi, fiber) in order to make WFH more convenient for employees/employers. That way,

Neutral: Here (Asian city) we have largely returned to our offices after three months of WFH (no lockdowns) , albeit with significant changes (temperature checks to enter office buildings, everyone wearing masks). I almost wish CV19 hasn’t been controlled so well, because businesses by and large haven’t needed to take

Which will hopefully fix the congestion and traffic problems that plague them without upping money at public transport (which no one wants to go to now anyways).

But even ignoring personal drivers, closing roads entirely also bones those people who may be better served commuting by buses/cabs and forcing them to use trains instead (really not great with a pandemic around). From my personal experience, many stations in NYC are currently pretty atrocious for disabled people as

Those who can afford to walk or bike to their workplace in downtown NYC can also likely afford to go somewhere else to experience good “air & noise quality” once in a while. Meanwhile the people further away who need to commute via some sort of car (Cab/driving/bus) are boned.

I think it’s pretty realistic to think that it’d be self-destructive for any US politician to push for more public transit and less car in this environment...

Cut that kid some slack, he was considerate enough to go buy his lambo when the roads are empty and he won't hurt others if he crashes.

Last I heard, Climate change hasn’t literally doubled the all-cause mortality rate of much of the western world in a span of two months. You’re drinking some kool-aid if you think people will agree to spending $$ on improving public transport when they’re scared of going on it (and rightly so in the meantime).

Last I checked, a financial recession, no matter how nasty, doesn’t make people actively fear for their health when going outside, as is the case with this outbreak.

Restaurants are likely never gonna recover to their pre-virus baseline since everyone’s got a lot more time and need to actually try replicating online cooking videos to then discover that turning $5 of food into $30 restaurant meals isn’t actually that hard. Would become a pretty easy way to tighten household

Retirees don’t have to worry about losing their income if they don’t have jobs and their 401k hasn’t taken a massive hit all things considered (yet). Check back in June/July when restrictions loosen and the market learns that Fed money printers can’t restore consumer confidence.

Wait another month or two for more cared-for F-types with V8s in the hood to fetch this sort of pricing. CP

Just searched a bit on listings and the depreciation is ludicrouson these, plenty of 3-4yr old GTS’s listing for ~40k (for what must have been an MSRP WELL over 100k). Do these things give used buyers Covid-19 or something?

Probably a good idea in May/June to call some banks and see what fleets of vehicles they have repossessed from dealers at that point.

The worker doing his part to enforce social distancing, I see.

Knowing America, the winds of bailout dollars would likely never reach small business owners I. E most dealerships, only the banks that finance the dealerships.
