Trump himself admitted that he saved Kavanaugh, if he hadn’t nominated him for SCOTUS, he was a total loser.

Personally, I’m content to wait for his liver to do him in. He does like his beer. And judging from that fat pink alcoholic nose, hard liquor too. I'd wager lifelong alcohol abuse is the most common denominator of his ilk.
Trump didn’t radicalize anything. He waddled into a reactionary environment ripe for the taking. The FBI has always been a shitty organization. Research their surveillance and harassment of MLK. Nothing has changed.
Bingo! That’s the point. These brave women come forward and their entire lives are ripped apart only for the offender to get away with it.
Ugh I remember when I was little our elementary- Blessed Sacrament- sent a damn letter congratulating our alumni of running for President. It was Pat Buchanan. My mother was appalled but it tracked . I thought that was the worst thing we would ever get from BS. Well now as an adult a different email/ also newsletter…
“were to afraid of being primaried by one of His Orangeness’s legion”
I have long since come to the conclusion that Susan Collins is neither a Republican nor a Moderate, but is in fact a coward afraid of doing anything that would jeopardize her position in the Senate.
It was patently obvious when he was nominated why Carrotface von Golfcart nominated this idiot and everybody knew it. It’s just that the Republicans in the Senate were to afraid of being primaried by one of His Orangeness’s legion of followers that got him confirmed. His performance and lack of professional demeanor…
If only they’d added that they thought he was Iranian.
The worst fucking thing about this is that I just think, you know, how many people just see the futility of coming forward because of shit like this? It’s hard to get angry at people who don’t want to have to talk about abuse because what you get for having done so is even more trauma than ever and...well, what…
Republicans want to play the game of accusing Democrats of being partisan. We all know that Trump radicalized almost every bureau/office/committee during his tenure. It certainly helped these corrupt rats operate above the law. Merrick Garland is a coward for not doing more to punish these jackals.
Next you’ll tell me they failed to investigate Larry Nassar too.
Isn’t it great that Susan Collins got on national TV and went on an hour-long rant about why she was voting to confirm Kavanaugh and how we were all being irrational by condemning him?
they also didn’t do anything with the Nassar tips...it’s almost like the FBI is incompetent
Honestly. This is so fucking stupid. The world is falling apart around us. Women in Afghanistan are about to be subject to a tirade of violence when the U.S. withdraws. The planet is burning alive. American democracy is on the verge of collapse. My city is filled with smoke. I can’t with this.
I mean, sure, but that seems like Allure flunked a test they hadn’t been told about. If someone tells me that they are fine being called Nicky and also Nicole, I wouldn’t find it to be a particularly fair criticism that I took them at their word in picking one of those options.
Honest question: Is this kind of switching a normal request?
Looking at Allure’s corrected article, it appears that the magazine went with sometimes using she/her, sometime they/their. Assuming that’s what Halsey is looking for, I have to wonder if she intends to audit all the articles written about them to ensure the proper pronoun ratio?
Or does she want shey/they each time as in, “When Halsey entered the room, shey/they was holding a cup of coffee.” And is it shey/they (which I’ve not seen before) or she/they. Also, I hate typing slashes, so I’m glad I’m not writing that article.
“Shey”?
I think that’s a typo.
