Aw shit...
Capt Panaka. Star Wars black version of StarTreks Yeoman Smith except he lived through all his away missions.
It’s OK, their plan is to only have 400 copies available for purchase every week, to help negate the profit.
Neat, but wish the mod went further. Replace the police with some bug people, and we’re in business.
I must never show my daughter this... for then she would know I am not, in fact, the coolest dad in the world.
“Aren’t you a little ‘awww’ to be a Storm Trooper?”
something something little short
A friend just posted this picture on Facebook, then I opened Jalopnik and read your comment.
As a resident of San Clemente, I can say I don’t necessarily agree that we need a Paul Walker statue down at the pier...altho I appreciate the most excellent spirit these bros are displaying.
A young person who is passionate about something he remembers fondly from his youth and is willing to stand up in front of a local government with a message of hope and unity is a symptom of everything that’s wrong with this country?
Of course his name is Chad..
Good to know there’s one guy out there who took THAT away from the article. It’s ok to be happy for someone and just leave it alone.
This is so great.
That’s not what I meant. Directors in Japan actually contribute frames and animation to the finished product. Miyazaki himself is known to have storyborded several of his movies all alone only to then join the animators in making frames for the movie. In the west not all animation directors are Don Bluth. Disney…
The problem with Miyazaki is that he’s an artist, he’s not a director in the western sense of the world. He doesn’t just have a lot of say in the making of the movie, he also gets his hands dirty actually contributing to the finished products animation. He’s drawn and animated all his life, he probably doesn’t know…
There will come a day when Miyazaki will have passed away and people will tell me that he will never make another film. And I won’t believe them then either.
Not too surprised. Filmmaking has been this man’s life since he was a child, it’s been his passion for years and years.
Nintendo probably realizes making them smaller would associate them with the handheld market, and as they are aggressively positioning the Switch as a home console, they probably opted to keep them bigger in line with home-console game boxes.
