You joke, but I used to take BoltBus to and from Boston. I eventually switched to MegaBus because I was tired of being 20 minutes because we stopped at Arby’s for 20 minutes.

I do expect them to want to get things right, and invite correction when an error is made.
I’m actually not convinced that this kind of coverup is endemic to just GM. I think the other automakers—including Ford—would try to pull a similar stunt if they thought they could get away with it.
