The only ADA requirement is that sidewalks that do exist be wheelchair accessible (ie a ramp to get up, and 36" wide), not that sidewalks be installed any possible place a person may go.

What you linked is just a concept video. It’s not an actual mod for the game, and there’s no telling if what they WANT to work, would actually work at all within the original engine framework. For all we know the entire game would have to be rebuilt from the ground up to make it like this. There’s not a single mod…
