Not true, at all. I use the Steam version and have this mod, along with many of the real car mods installed.

Not true. I had an AMD quad core 9800, 4gb of RAM, and an ATI 4870, and the game ran totally fine. I've upgraded since then, but that relatively tame PC gave me no troubles running the game.

You can use an Xbox 360 controller on the PC, quite easily.

Well what happened? It literally took me 5 seconds to install, and it works perfectly.

Why would they do that? It TOTALLY goes against the console business model, which is control over content. The odds of that ever happening are very, very slim.
