There’s an old white Rabbit pickup that parks in my neighborhood in Brooklyn. I’m pretty sure whoever drives it is a Jalop; there’s a racing sticker in the rear window. The Rabbit was really the precursor to the Saveiro.

I still don’t get the problem with driving a manual. That’s what you learn in driving school, it is the norm.
If you only learn how to drive on an automatic transmission you aren’t even allowed to drive a car with a manual trans. At least over here. (you may drive an automatic if you have learned on a manual )

I admit I

I’m interested in the Chevy Volt with an M54B30, though.

Hum, late 70 boring domestic car, handles like a pig, brakes like a pig, corners like a pig, starts like a pig, accelerates like a pig, safe as an angry pig, all said and done, you would be much better off spending $4,500 on pulled pork sandwiches. CP all day!

This car is cool as hell and I respect everything about the work done on it. It looks absolutely awesome.

Austria, the country whose two greatest achievements have been convincing the world that Beethoven was Austrian and Hitler was German.

Most modern bikes have 6 gears. Riding one with 5 feels strange.

My 5 speed automatic Mazda 3 keeps the revs at 3200 rpm at 80pmh and gets a mileage of 21mpg,, all the while droning into the cabin.. you are wrong all cars need 6 gears, automatic or manual..

Have yourself a Silk Cut kind of Friday!

Should’ve put it in the back.

4 more and his brother would have lived without resorting to killing the carpenter who demanded the cars in 48 hours.

We really need more Rally coverage on Jalopnik. I mean, it was Loeb’s first WRC since, what, 2012? It’s a fucking big deal. And he was on the pace right away.

I’ll send you a Denny’s gift card for your bad experience with the Ram. All Ram owners like Denny’s right?

Neutral: Only if I get to put the giant coin in and push the button.

Didn’t Lotus get involved with the suspension redesign for 1988? Or am I thinking of something else.

It’s a bit like if Sauber was offering a one billion bonus to Markus Eriksson to win the WDC in 2018.
