DK became OP up until the end of the Rare-Age. Kong was originally strong, but he wasn't unbeatable. Back then, he couldn't even break a cage! Now he's a lot less interesting because all he does is beat and break stuff. Adding puzzles for DK is just contrived, because it destroys the balance of his original creation.…

To be fair, Mario could have hit DK with the fireball himself. He just wanted the fight to be convincing so he could fake his game over in the end.

The problem was the aesthetics. It looked terrible. That's the whole point of all this. Low budget or not, it's no excuse.

Whoaaaa, that's... oddly refreshing. A Marvel movie that seems to have more comedy and an upbeat tone (Howard the Duck never happened) playing to their own funky, anti-heroic beat as opposed to the more formulaic epic superhero flick. Went from somewhat interested to on my radar! Nice job, Marvel.
