I can't be the only guy who's hesitant in assigning Princess Cookie pronouns.

it's a poopybutthole thing

Easter eggs and nods.

It's so easy to forget that "I Remember You" was actually our first real confirmation that Adventure Time takes place long after something horrible has happened to the world (partly because it's more solidly talked about two episodes later with "Finn the Human"). Like, yes, we see Simon having winter gradually storm

"Alvin's Hot Juicebox" is one of my all-time favorite moments of the series. The type of joke you'll only get from this show.

I need so many more Peppermint Butler episodes, you have no idea. I'll flip my shit if he has any role in Stakes.

I actually have a friend who thinks "James Baxter" is one of the worst episodes. He's so wrong I want to scream.

What are good exceptions? Cinnamon Bun is now fully-baked, and is kind of not-the-stupidest? Uh, Rattleballs.

so weird. so delightful. so musical.

"The Vault" is a good example of a probable inclusion on a next-five.

As are a few outside the top 50. This was painful to cut down.

There's a bunch of stuff I'd love to reorder. But anything in that top 50 is an A episode.

hoo whee

At least they didn't waste Root Beer Guy entirely to one of the show's best episodes, then an offscreen death.

this time he wasn't even a villain. he was just like, yeah, so that happened. that's pretty weird. aren't i delightful

YEAH that is one thing in graybles that has had a genuine effect on things

Was 25% of all the episodes at the time! Well, unless you count the short shorts, like "The Magic Wand."

Hey, so I shared it with @timothyfoley:disqus down there, but I wrote a gigantic Top 50 Episodes feature back in summer and haven't had a platform to share it with you guys. Here it is: theyoungfolks.com/televisio…

Actually, that makes a lot of sense considering everywhere Starchy has been, including the freaking Crystal Citadel. And you won't believe what he's up to tomorrow.
