I hate "trophys" always popping up and distracting me when I'm trying to enjoy a game. Is there anyway to turn that off on a PS3?

Wait why is this more offensive than the countless military simulation games that have come out before it? This seems less offensive to me. The gif of the game looks like pure fantasy, I can't imagine that happening in the US. But war is real and constant, and we simulate it in games just for fun.
