I have a friend who has used this technique for years — she is repeatedly amazed by how often restaurant servers get offended when you ask for a box at the beginning of your meal. First time trying a recipe from lifehacker — was easy and tasted great, and relatively healthy too. Took me about 10 minutes in the morning to throw it all in the crockpot, and great dinner ready when I got home.
