I think the wigs on The Americans were supposed to be kinda bad because they were used by the characters, so they wouldn’t have access to top notch wig makers? Also, 70s-80s wigs as opposed to 2000s wigs? And Sydney’s wigs were funky fun wigs so they could look silly.

Well if they’ve been keeping aliens secret, they sure haven’t let Trump in on it. He would have blabbed about it years ago at one of his rallies and complained that they were coming to this country illegally.

Being able to watch those episodes with the benefit of hindsight seems more like a step in the right direction to me than removing them.

I think 30 Rock always had its heart in the right place with social satire, but there are instances—particularly in terms of queer representation—that haven’t aged well. This at least seems like a step in the right direction. And in the end, 30 Rock is still one of the best sitcoms of the century.
