Thanks for the compliment but what ya gonna do? Kotaku has been getting worse and worse as the years roll by. Things like this article just make it all the more obvious.

As a matter of fact, they had neither the right or the blessing of SE to remove the coupon. They did however have the blessing of SE to send back the copies of DE:HR after the fact.
It's called OPINIONS, if you don't like it, oh well..
Yeah, that's more like it, lol. I'll happily spend $3,000 building a kick-ass rig but this POS? No thanks, Razer.
Your answer to his argument is "don't read the article"? That's not a reasonable response. The guy has a point, Kotaku is making this thing out to be far more than it is and he's commenting on that fact.
Except as you can see from this and the previous articles, hardcore PC gamers don't want this and are laughing at the idea that it's "revolutionary".
You do?! Maybe an error. I'm seeing my own comments in grey now and I've lost the power to promote. Ah well, no skin off my back.
Definitely not just him, I lost my star not long ago for having the same thought. I'd like to not be jumping to such a conclusion but that last article on the Blade didn't exactly scream fair and balanced.
Welcome to Kotaku! I knew it was going to happen sooner or later anyway. I think I may have been one of the only ones from the "old guard" that managed to keep their star.
If I still had my star, I'd promote you. Sadly, it's just been removed for having something negative to say about the article.
Oh god! My star! I saw that move from a mile away. Honestly, I'm surprised I've managed to retain it for this long. I hope that gave you some satisfaction. I have to admit though, considering the hard time I've given Luke about certain articles over the years, I thought it'd be him...I feel kind of sad now that he…
By that logic, every manufacturer and corporation in the world that does not hold the majority is heading straight towards bankruptcy. Using Steam figures then ignoring the people gaming every day and not using Steam, on top of negating PC gamers for the games they play is silly. If that's the case, I guess we can cut…
Less than accurate? It's total bullshit. But hey! If it helps sell a product or get your article some hits, why not scream it from the top of your lungs! :/
If by "reasonably thought out" you mean an article that dismisses facts in favour of furthering the author's point, glosses over important information in favour of furthering the author's point and really does nothing more than promote an overpriced laptop that has little chance of making any impact on the PC Gaming…
You know, normally I'd be ready to write a long-winded rant and give reasons as to why this article is terrible but it almost seems too easy of a target.
When you've got the media promoting shit like this, it makes it even harder to convince the average joe that PC gaming isn't an expensive waste of time.
That was the biggest reason we had it banned from any of our servers in any games. It just looks ridiculous and doesn't really help in any way. And before anyone comes back and says "bunnyhopping is only in such and such because of such and such". Yeah, it used to be but now every tom, dick and harry has decided that…
Sorry, didn't mean to imply that you were, I was just commenting on some of the other comments in this article.
You'd think so but Counterstrike 1.6, not even Counterstrike: Source, has been consistently in the Top Ten on Steam since the beginning. In fact, both have been in the Top Ten. Pc gamers aren't all about visuals, that's pure myth. We just like a title or two every now and again that pushes our PCs to the limits.
Technically, yes but it's good practice to refer to them as seperate as PC today refers to a Windows machine so if a game is releasing for PC and PS3 for instance, it's likely not coming to the Mac.
