Why is the article randomly negative toward MacFarlane? His comedy isn't my style and I'm not a fan of anything he's done (except the first Ted), but he's pretty successful and seems like an okay guy. He also has a really good singing voice hahaha

I feel like it's way to early for this to be the case. I would be shocked if the successor to the Switch launches before holiday season. 

Kid's these days have no idea who these def jam guys are/were.

The hip-hop landscape has changed so much that the genre just doesn’t the kind of modern rappers that would make sense in a new Def Jam game. I can’t see Migos, Future, Drake, Lil Yachty, or Tyga throwin hands like that.

These days you might as well have an award for “best company that did not pull any game from the stores and shut down the servers this year”

There’s kindof a wierd undertone of “umm, yeah, okay, suuuurrree buddy...” about this article, but honestly, I think most people aren’t really super sensitive to this stuff as you think they are, except for when twitter/reddit et al. decides to make a mountain out of a molehill. Sadly if the leak is accurate, ratchet and clank rift apart was the only game from insomniac that actually lost them money, not a great sign :c

Ratchet and Clank is still on the roadmap apparently, but behind Wolverine and Spider-Man 3.

Yeah I felt pretty strongly about him being insufferable when Phantom Pain dropped, the gameplay was fun enough, everything else was pretty bad. Didn’t even bother with Death Stranding, looked unfun and the story was unfathomably stupid and nonsensical. 

This seems self-inflicted, chill out then Hideo, don’t make a Death Stranding movie, the game was nearly a movie anyway. Take a year off, take two years off, just relax for a bit. 

That’s pretty much how I feel after sitting through one of his cutscenes.

What an absurd take. Do you actually expect every company to publicly announce ever single decision or idea they have?

So in the regards of any future plans, titles, and such being leaked, I say “you reap what you sow.”
