I think the Disney Vault idea would work better if these shows they were pulling were desirable for more than a handful of people. They’re not things that are beloved by all, unlike the animated Disney films that comprised the Vault.

Where are these leaks? And these aren’t remakes, they’re rereleases of the games, probably with very little actually done to remaster them.  Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is a remake, but none of these other ones are.

Correct that the HD Collection only had 2, 3, and Peace Walker. But there was a Legacy Collection on PS3 that came out at the same time and had the above, as well as the first and fourth games.

Honestly it’s more of a positive spin that the kid only spent $170 on the game. It could have been much, much worse.

Forgive my ignorance, but wouldn’t the failure of said deal cause damage to the stock price that exceeds the benefits of announcing the acquisition?

I’m wondering why companies announce enormous acquisitions like this without it actually being confirmed to happen. Didn’t this get announced over a year ago?

Physical ones absolutely can disappear forever. My Super Mario 3D All Stars that I got because I thought it would be better to have the hardcopy? Yeah, the cartridge no longer works. I can no longer play the game.

This doesn’t surprise me.  I was at Best Buy picking up something else, and the line was long, and the display that was full of Tears of the Kingdom copies was practically empty.  It was a bizarre sight to see.  I haven’t seen a game or movie sell out like that in years. 

There is no way it will be 10-15 hours.  Hollow Knight was massive, and this is the sequel.  Unless they want to disappoint the hardcore fans, I don’t see it being any shorter.  If anything, they will find a way to make it even longer, or at least bigger.

Man, if this is the biggest controversy Jenna Ortega will have, she is doing amazing.
