I was obviously feeding my cats at the same time I read the article and that’s the only reason I missed the mention.

“the money I’ve spent on Genshin is still cheaper than full-time private therapy around here”
Modern Warfare 2 (2009) had third person playlists. I’m not sure what makes this one more special than that? It seems to work the same.
I’m sure there is some fine print that takes away that ability for at least one of the entities. Like I’m sure Steam says somewhere that not all games support Family Sharing. And there’s probably something about “Features subject to change over time,” etc.
I don’t know, but the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cowabunga Collection is in desperate need of an overhaul, too... I can’t stand that there isn’t an option to just pick the games / options from a list. You basically just have to scroll through each game in a very obtuse manner with no indicator of what the next or…
I was playing this morning and pondering where the series fell off with their menus. I think even Modern Warfare 2019 was a bit much. I don’t know. The Gunsmith is something I really don’t like, for instance. It’s really overwhelming how many different options there are on the screen at any one time. And even looking…
I feel like you can thank the scalpers for that. NVIDIA might have seen how much people were willing to pay. And it probably inflated their ego even more. So seeing people willingly paying well over double the MSRP probably got some gears going in NVIDIA’s head that they’re not charging nearly enough. And the worst…
Yeah, she looks almost identical to the style of the Princesses in Ralph Breaks the Internet.
‘Significant’ and ‘subtle’ are antonyms, I think.
There’s a video of Mario Sports Mix on YouTube where Charles Martinet basically speaks in full sentences for a 10-minute Mario interview, and I was tired of it after only a minute. I can’t imagine how grating it would be for an entire movie.
Yeah this animation is leaps and bounds the best that Illumination has ever done, at least so far. It looks so much better than their other stuff that I’m wondering if it Illumination in name only or something. Like maybe Chris Meledandri is producing it, so it defaults to Illumination Entertainment, but the actual…
You and me both. It’s infuriating.
“Player accounts will now require a phone number to add more security and protect against cheating”
So obsessed with red dots. What are they, kitty cats?
I get Skies of Arcadia and Tales of Symphonia mixed up constantly, and I think I did it again when this was announced and only realized my mistake just after reading your comment... uh oh.
I will say that 30 fps done right is not a death sentence like some places deem it to be. Kirby and the Forgotten Land was 30 fps, and it’s not that it feels like 60, but it feels really good. But then you have Kirby: Star Allies, which is also 30 fps, but because of bad frame pacing feels SO much choppier.
The thing I don’t like is that usually (like 100% of the time) original creations are not featured on websites like here. What’s featured on places like this are people recreating things that have already been made. Mario, Sonic, Crash Bandicoot, Jurassic Park, etc. I wish the original content was talked about more.
This makes me sadder than other layoff announcements because I watch Jirard Khalil on YouTube, and it was so awesome to see how excited he was to be joining G4. He made a whole video about how exciting it was for him....
I disagree completely. I always found the modern-day stuff a slog, and eventually it felt like it was just thrown in as an afterthought “just because we need modern-day stuff” with nothing substantial or interesting added. I love the sound of them doing away with that. No one talks about the modern-day stuff, and…
If you haven’t played Disney Magical World yet, I recommend trying that out, too. It is more of a grind than this game, but I think I prefer its “carrot on a stick” being about collecting all the outfits, making all the food items, meeting all the characters, etc. It feels like it has more personality than Dreamlight…
