Idea 1: Mustard (dijon preferred) and brie toasted, then add apple slices and arugula. Idea 2: herbed chevre (or lemon tahini dressing) with roasted veggies (portabella, carrots, eggplant, parsnip, etc). Also good with olive tapenade and spinach.
