Even then it'd still be nonsensical. MGS is filled with confusing plotlines, inexplicable dialogue, relentless fanservice, and aggravating characters/character motivations. Seriously, Kojima is 1000x worse than what Roberto Orci, Damon Lindelof and Skip Woods write. Well...maybe not Skip Woods.
