No it came with backing the game. Episode 1 is publicly available on youtube, and there are around 12 or 13 episodes now. I imagine they will release the documentary to the public when it's finished.

Yes. Its been two years and has gone through several delays. Worth the wait though, and it was worth it for the documentary alone.

Its a big improvement over XIII, but the story is silly at times. Fun game that doesn't overstay its welcome (can be finished in 20 hours or so)
