We just recently started watching The Shield (on Amazon), and in just a few episodes it already as good as I heard, excited to see more of his character (we’re not even through the first season).

Between this role and what looks to be an epic final season of Justified, Walt is now the god (er, or goddess…) of FX :D

!_no_shit_!

It’s been mentioned below a few times, but the Root/Bernhard surprise cameos were fantastic. Not only unexpected, but just _perfect_ casting. How could Sandra Bernhard not be Gina’s mother :D

Hahaha, and Hitchcock’s reaction that he wasn’t _his_ bestie*

Yeah, I love when Holt is dismissive of some office game, then participates in eye-rolling “OK, fine I’ll play” mode … then switches gears and is _totally_ into it.

Hahaha, right? She’s not much of a “cat burglar”. Hopefully next week they’ll have her walking around banging cymbals before a break in …

I think he’s pretty terrific too (I heard he was good in Touch). I said something along the same lines to the wife, that he’s doing a nice job of being in control, proper, maintaining the respect of the Wayne name, but you can feel the turmoil bubbling under the surface.

Denis O’Hare is so fantastic in this series, I hope he’s onboard for S5. Be nice to see Zach Quinto back in it as well (with or without gimp suit).

Us too. The surprises have been [mostly] within the boundaries of the world they established in the first couple of episodes (even giving the Mordrake plot a pass since it was well integrated into the whole story), vs. introducing all new plot elements from WAY out of left field (i.e., Demons, the Angel of death …

Funny enough, I keep referring to Dandy as Dexter.

Well, maybe he’s all naked, but there’s only half of him … so … half-naked :)

Totally agree. Hell, the 60 second promo with Boyd sitting at the bar with Raylan’s hat is better than this whole season of SOA !

Well, the set has [a reproduction of] the MC table where they meet for MC matters on the show. So Boone comes out, and there’s this whole thing about Chris sitting at the head of the table (like Bobby was supposed to be the club prez). So they switch seats, then like 2-3 minutes there’s more mumbling, the Chris says

I think they should give them code names based on candy:

We don’t generally watch the after show, but the DVR included it in the recording (I was so glad the episode wasn’t actually two hours), but we caught this one.

I half expected there to be a note on his board that read:

Good news, the zombies are gone!

“The whole zombie apocalypse, I wanted to be a rapist…"

We got some explanation in a recent episode, EP1 of this season[?] They have some global deployment system (that was originally designed as a biological warfare solution) to deliver a payload that will terminate all the zombies (I thought he even had a little ditty about the chemistry/biology behind it).
