Oddly enough, Shazam is also what I call my johnson … and now Dwayne Johnson playing this role? Coincidence? I think not.
Auto +1 for Christmas Story reference :)

While I was watching this, these lyrics are all I could think of:
Yeah, at least a stock photo with nerd glasses photoshopped on …
Yep, and that’s high concept in a nutshell:
Cue ICP video …
I hadn’t read that one either, but tracked it down - posted below for your convenience :)
Community channel for AppleTV please :)
No smoking, magic, occult references, discussions of god or satan or any supernatural creatures. Other than that, the character is _totally_ the same.
It’s not too late :) We got busy, had a few shows to watch in “real time” (like Louie) and haven’t made it back yet.
Yeah, we both immediately got into it, did’t require a 3-4 EP “break in” period. Already a fan of Olyphant, but funny enough with the breadth of shows we’ve watched (inc. a good bit of BBC programming), hadn’t had that much exposure to Ian McShane. Holy shit, he’s amazing.
We _just_ watched that Deadwood a few days before (we’re watching for the first time via HBOGO). The wife actually said, “that’s a lot of eye gouging we’ve seen this week…” :D
Next week’s EP is directed by Neil Marshall who also directed Blackwater, so I think we’re in for a pretty amazing battle set piece!
As soon as he started showboating, I knew it was over.
Yeah, in fact, I think it was deliberate by the character (not just by the director). She knows controlling Baelish is as good as controlling the whole kingdom, so taking on her Mother’s look means he’s wrapped around _her_ little finger (pun intended…)
I mentioned in another post, that doesn’t necessarily mean he couldn’t also be back for Hannibal. Lots of variables: shooting schedules, the character involvement in each, etc. I could see them writing Jack into a long medical leave, so he’s available character-wise, but they could minimize Fishburne’s commitment.
Yeah, I think Hannibal wanted to wound Will severely (physically and psychologically), but not kill him … just yet. He wants Will to live with Abigail’s death (that he put squarely on Will’s shoulders).
No problem!
