Ugh - I hope pro-lifers and crazed right wingers don't start condemning Oprah and yelling about motherhood. I think she was so brave to talk openly and honestly about this. I also think its so inspiring for young girls to hear about her struggles and also the decisions she made to change her life.

That article is just so sappily written. I hope she is nothing like that self-aggrandizing journalist's rendition of her. If so, then perhaps Paz is a great candidate for Intervention.

Why does she WANT him on her show... in what universe is Snooki political? He is pathetic.

@newyorkmuse: And she wears it incredibly well. You can tell she loves it.

@love you dead: Maybe I'm wrong and maybe I am discrediting Georgina (who no doubt is an incredibly savy businesswoman), but I feel like Marchesa only became super popular when she started dating Harvey. That is when it seemed to become a household name synonymous with awards ceremonies, anyways.

Cate Blanchett is her own island of awesomeness and a dying breed of stars who still view fashion as art, not profit and corporate interests. Also I equate Marchesa to fashion blackmail. All the dresses are boring Barbie princess looks that are identical, Georgina has been re-producing the same garments for years

@joneser: Love sleeves toO!!!!!! yay for sleeves. Welcome back to formal wear. :-) Not sure about puff shoulders though - they are scary.

@sissylarue: This is probably going to get me massively slammed for body snarking, but I feel like the top of Michelle's dress looks like a matronly bra for the well endowed among us ( I know from experience shopping for bras that these are sadly everywhere). It is just not flattering. That dress is simultaneously

@pietrovpan: C'mon it was a joke. Have a sense of humor. She looks great. I was always so nervous about wearing short dresses when I was pregnant because your belly sticks out so far I felt like EVERYONE could see up my skirt.

What a cutie she is and that is a ballsy maternity dress. She is definitely ready for a cervical exam. ;-)

WHAT IS UP with the hair???? So much bad bad prom hair. J love Hew, Scarlett Jo, Katie Joel... Also, so much wet blanket I didn't try one whit hair. Heidi, Elizabeth, Julianne...

@LadySoprano is a Fat-Fighting Superwoman: It reminds me of someone TRYING to channel Deitrich in the 30's and failing. It just is a big fat flop. She doesn't have the stature of the fashion personality to pull something that big and structured off.

@Devonna: I LOVE it too. I wish her hair were different. Otherwise she is amazing. And finally wearing a skirt that isn't gynecological. ;-)

@lucystrawberry: Yes. Look on Tom and Lorezo's site for confirmation. Also, what is it doing to her boobs? Its scaring me...

If Ms. Hendricks pulled her hair up and took that obnoxious neck and face eating flower off her dress she would have been best of the night. That dress fits her figure PERFECTLY! and the shape is so flattering and the color is glorious. I am devastated by the embellishments which are so distracting and ruinous.

Does anyone just want to tell Michelle Williams to STAND UP STRAIGHT!?! Or am I the only one...

Ok, I'm not sure I think ANY of these are that good. Really, they kinda all just look meh. Leighton was my favorite just because she was so different.

Nice Nicholas Kirkwood and Balmain copies Lohan. For $650 I can buy the real innovative Kirkwood shoes. SO yeah, um nice try and if I find out ANYONE I know is buying this schlock I am terminating them from my friend roster. ;-)

Isn't what Steve Hirsch doing considered black mail?

umm... if THAT is Kate Moss's "bump" then I could never ever be famous because every day the tabloids would be speculating about when I would pop and the sex of my
