@Sputnik_Sweetheart: You can go to these fertility clinics where they do something to up the chances that you will have one sex over the other. I'm not sure what they are called, but apparently it works pretty well. Most docs will only do it if you have two children of the same sex already.

@malishka: You know, I am a social worker. I have adopted siblings and while adoption is not cheap - neither are fertility treatments. If you want a more affordable adoption you can go through the foster to adopt system or adopt a child (yes, babies too) who have been placed in state care.
