@Jenloveshercurves: Maybe she isn't the best singer in the world, I'll concede, and I am not even a fan of her, but come on - it wasn't like hearing Idol rejects.

@AmberNicole: I agree with you. I think she is a good enough singer for her genre of girly-pop but I mostly think her songs are well written and reflect a certain point of view that is very essential to how many high school girls feel.
@Trulymadlyme: I love Mandy and Saved! is an amazing movie. She never did do the ridiculous Maxim pay attention to me spreads, but she did make a couple of killer 'folk' (accoustic) albums and marry Ryan Adams. She definitely aged gracefully and intelligently from pop princess to real musician. I seriously hope…
@Sunshineyness: I agree. Why is everyone trying to connect some sociological evaluation of our culture to some teenager singing about her experiences getting screwed over by a boy and not meeting someone she likes?
This is too much. Seriously! I feel like her music is her being her - a normal teenager who feels things very deeply and thinks every small thing from a failed crush to a mean friend will affect her life profoundly. Sure I can't really take it seriously - I am faaar too close to 30- but I also do not feel like it…
You know I don't think she was that bad. her voice has a different tonal quality than Nicks' as well as tremendous disparity in experience and years, which is not that shocking considering she is 20 years old. I like Taylor - I think she is charming and extremely gracious. I think her career will be exciting to…
@Pax: Can I just say I love Olive! I wish pushing daisies never would have gone away. :-)
@wealhtheow: Remember that Isaac Mizrahi fashion show on Bravo - there may have only been one season, not sure, but they did that. They had competititions where people had to sew a hem, do buttons, cut fabric. Stuff a professional designer should prob be able to do blindfolded. On PR there are always these wackjobs…
@abagatelle: Yes - he needs to go and Amy needs to be recognized.
@polypam: Agreed. It wasn't very original. And if you are going to channel 60's you can do a lot better than that. I would have done the coat - which I did not hate - with a cute dress so the coat cocooned around it. The pants and the glitter leotard were just abominable! eeks.
@BeetsGoOn: RIGHT! I cannot believe the figure skating costume won last week over Amy's. cringe.
@snobographer: SERIOUSLY! I mean I like that she did a pants suit - but YSL she was not. That was horrible and not even flattering on the model. I mean those pants! NIGHTMARE. I could see the jacket paired with a different type of bottom or the jacket in different colors but the stretchy spandexy 80's ski pants?…
@curiousgeorgiana: I LOVE LOVE LOVE Anthony! And although I did not love his signature look, I kinda like his design asthetic. I liked his first dress alot and it looks like something D&G has done and would do so I didn't get why they were all quibbling about how it wasn't modern blah, blah, blah. I always think the…
its strange that there is such a dichotomy between formal and cocktail among the dresses. I mean some people look like they are just going out for drinks with friends and others are in full on evening wear.
@GreshamSydor: me too! Awww... teen romance. so cute.
Octomom is pretty much the worst model I've ever seen. Those photos are creeeepy! Her boobs look waaay too perky to be unlifted after 14 kids.
She is soooo lovely - now leave her and her alone! PS - I actually like the dress and her in it!
@Rooo sez BISH PLZ: Seriously! This is a person who has problems and we should not be glorifying her actions and supporting them by ONLY giving her attention for her looks - attention she did not get 3 months ago! I am so fed up. I really feel sad for her and her terrible life with an average nose, but I really would…
If everyone including Heidi herself acknowledges that these surgeries were pursued and obtained because of low self-esteem and a desire to gain acceptance and self-worth through looks and so-called cultural expectations of beauty why did her doctor not request that she speak to a therapist before getting the surgeries?
@cinematheques: I wish Ashley would have brushed her hair. I'm not crazy about the dress either... kinda ummm... lumpy and it makes her look like a linebacker in eighties prom couture.
