Yarn braids is raver and or goth. I think it’s (well dated), but for some it’s creative. It’s impossible to get uv reactive hair to truly last and usually plastic and decorations get added to the additional volume and mass. I don’t think this falls under cultural appropriation since it’s creative and part of a scene…
