Ive never actually sat in a courtroom and watched a rape case play out. I don’t really want to. But all the stories have been told to me by people who have watched them/represented either side.

I meant the victims of rape should be presumed as innocent people and the people who raped them should be questioned.

No one has claimed it has NEVER happened. See the word ‘common thing’ which implies I believe false rape claims are in fact the opposite; ‘uncommon’. I believe the statistics are more close to 0.003% in the UK. Which is extremely uncommon.

You can't actually provide evidence for the majority of rapes, never mind admissible evidence that would hold up in a court.
