This is billshit. Parents were given a clear option to take their kids out of the talk if they so pleased. This is where it should have ended. It’s atrocious how these parents went as far as preventing other people’s kids from attending an equality talk.

I completely agree. I’ve seen so many memes in the past few days stating false information about Paris. There is no need for this ignorance. A simple google search will tell you the Eiffel Tower lights are turned off at 1am.

I feel you. Half my family are French and I visit Paris every few months because I love it. Yesterday was my birthday and the original plan was to go to Paris and watch the show at the Bataclan with my boyfriend. We could have been shot. I’m so sad all those innocent people had to lose their lives for nothing.

I am not ignorant to Asian women and Black women bleaching their skin. I am not ignorant to white people using fake tan and using sunbeds, as I am one of them. But by this, they aren’t attempting to change their race. They aren’t attempting to throw away the culture they’ve been born into and probably respect.

Just last week, my black cousin was told he was going to be beheaded because ‘he’s a dirty black’. That’s just one example of acts of violence that happens to black people each day.

Hairstyles and tattoos are a choice people make. Skin colour isn't. And many people are persecuted and punished because of the skin colour they happened to be randomly born with.
