Meaning she's in charge of practicalities like budget, promotion, locations, coordinating departments, making sure the right equipment is there, that the writers meet deadlines, handling syndication deals, corralling actors, schedules, etc. She's

He was far and away the best part of the Assange movie. It was a truly insane performance, in the best possible way. That the direction and other actors kind of fell apart around him isn't his fault. Like one critic said, "I want to see the movie Cumberbatch thought he was in."

Molly helped him fake his death - that's what he was thanking her for. Why does he need to specifically spell it out TO her what actions she took? That would just be lazy writing as both characters know specifically what she did.

Anyone who takes the most cursory glance at interviews or the making of's of this show knows that Mark Gatiss is the showrunner and Sue Vertue is the producer in charge. Moffat even makes fun of himself on the DVD commentaries for rarely visiting the set and not knowing what was going on.
