I did think it was weird that the game said skeletal warriors had increased damage but reduced health, yet they rarely ever died. They seemed just as healthy as the defenders to me. With the amount of corpses around to use I don’t really see this being much of a nerf unless they’re made of tissue paper now.

thanks to its ability to revive dead skeletons to fight alongside them.

I’m sorry, but when you say “Pokémon reveals a new monster”, are you talking about a new variety of Monster energy drink? I’m confused.

Just reporting back that I did three Mercenary boards with S ranking, got the HandCannon and used the ticket to get unlimited ammo. It’s currently in storage while I complete my 1st run, or else I’ll feel a little like I’m cheating. Then I’ll bust out the Unlimited HandCannon for Professional mode.

Thanks for the heads up. I’ll eventually get the Handcannon & use the upgrade ticket using your plan. Every baddie that gets taken down will be in your honor.

HUH I hadn’t thought of that. I spent my spinels on other stuff during my first playthrough but maybe on my second I’ll grab the first coupon and upgrade the Handcannon. Good call.

“So if you unlock the Handcannon in Mercenaries and then drop a few dollars (or save your Spinels) you can get an Infinite Handcannon with relatively little effort.”

lol i appreciate your candor here. like you’re right that the world boss doesn’t belong to him since diablo 4 isn’t necessarily a single-player game with a solo instance for one person but still...let him have this! he worked so hard for it

There’s another fun game on Steam called Backpack Hero which has inventory management mechanics at its core that is pretty solid.

Played the Demo a long time ago, I just loved how at the end you just dismantle everything like you were never there and leave, job done.

Another person brought up the charges on the potions, while playing there is a “renown” system that builds by doing side quests and exploring. You get rewards for renown like additional skill points (account-wide) and additional potion charges. By the end of the beta I had 5 potion charges and 26 skill points to spend.

They also actually have an upgrade path, so you start with sad weak potions and upgrade them at the apothecary at certain levels with certain items.

Yeah its a nice evolution. You’ll get additional charges at certain breakpoints of a boss fight, but you have to ration them out properly to get to that point.

Potions are not an inventory item. You start with 4 charges. They get replenished by ones dropped by monsters.

I absolutely didn’t modify my save file nor have I ever “hacked” my switch in fear of bricking it. I’ve been going back and forth with Nintendo for this for the last week.

I mean, it’s entirely possible it’ll make sense once you’ve played it.

You are a deeply shitty person.

It’s a game released in 2022, you really shouldn’t be getting mad that it has some online features; more people would be a lot more upset if it didn’t have any. The last several games have had online trading and battling and Sword/Shield added online raids. None are required to get through the game (even raids can be

Maybe worth adding on to this - in order to access all the History classes & Final, you’ll need to beat all 8 gym leaders.
