CBS has the oldest median audience, but they also have the highest ratings in the 18-49 and 25-54 demos. So I would say, no, they don't really skew older. CBS also has more viewers, period, and has for the last 7 or 8 seasons.

I don't know, but I disagree with the general consensus that streaming > network. Some streaming shows are better, some aren't. I doubt a streaming version of STAR TREK will actually be that much different than what a network version would be (except in running time and maybe a swear or two), and I am really skeptical…
