Unless it's a complete unknown, there is literally nobody in Hollywood today "sufficiently gritty" enough to play a young Indiana Jones.

There are as many good Indiana Jones movies as there are STAR WARS movies, and nobody seems troubled by the idea of more STAR WARS. The last good STAR TREK movie came out in 1991, and people are still excited about more of those. I say bring it on, Spielberg and company.

NBC butchered THE ENFORCER all to hell. When I finally rented it on VHS, it was like seeing a new movie. And a much longer one.

Even though literally every cop show and movie made today shows law enforcement — even the "good guys" — routinely violating the civil rights of citizens.

I suspect Harry was originally written as something of a racist with the "especially spics" line not played with a wink. I don't have the Don Siegel autobiography in front of me, but toning down the hero's racism seems like an idea that would appeal to both Siegel and Eastwood (who has his pitfalls as a person, but

This episode is a BOB NEWHART SHOW Top Tenner. Newhart's line when Pleshette asks him if he would ever remarry if something were to happen to her is one of the show's best jokes.
