I don’t know what I think about Amy Kobluchar in terms of her policies, but this strikes me as the same “but her emails” bullshit and being driven by sexist bullshit. Can she get the job done and is she progressive. Unless it’s egregious like “grab ‘em by the pussy” small hands big hair in chief, I don’t give a shit.

I think it was a very practical solution to a minor inconvenience. The fact that she snapped at the assistant who failed to bring a fork is the reason this story is out (as in, “see, she’s such a bitch.”). I have no doubt every candidate is tough on staff; but just she’s had the “imperious boss lady” storyline…

Enough with the Amy Klobuchar as Miranda Priestly stories. Amy Klobuchar has high staff turnover. Okay, but it’s nothing compared to Donald Trump’s staff turnover!

I get worried when legitimate complaints of Bernie get handwaved away as: “Well you don’t have to like him to support him”. It reeks of the same double-standard Trump supporters use. With the field that exists today, we don’t need to hitch up to this wagon again.

I won’t vote for someone who won’t show his tax returns. I won’t vote for someone who hires Tad Devine to run his campaign. I won’t vote for someone who votes repeatedly to protect Russian oligarchs from accountability. 

He shouldn’t be the Democratic Party candidate for president.

What makes me extremely nervous about Bernie is his pandering to the “white working class,” which is really pandering to whiteness. People of color are also working class, but he puts a divide down. For women and people of color, we don’t have “identity politics” - a phrase he’s used several times, it’s just politics.…

Here’s the thing about Medicare for all.... It has ZERO chance of getting enough votes in the Senate unless there is a 60 vote Democratic super majority. So, if the Dems nominate someone who wants Medicare for all and even if that person wins, it’s a pipe dream at best. Klobuchar is right. Pass what you can and bring…
