This. 1000% this. The humour in GTA was always so hacky and juvenile. I never ever understood why people gave it so much praise. Hopefully this means the new game might actually be better in that area.

To 100% honest, the “humour” was always the worst part of the GTA games for me. Not because I found it offensive, it just wasn’t funny. It always felt like some 3rd rate hack comedian or a teenager trying to be edgy. So anything they do to change that would be welcome IMHO.

The difference is that Clarkson is at least amusing and interesting to watch despite his shit views. Corolla isn’t and never has been.

For starters, NMS was never really a Sony exclusive. It released for PC the same day it released for PS4. But more importantly, are you seriously saying NMS has been immune from criticism? lmao. 

This is such a disengenous argument. The cars you are talking about are the rarest, most expensive in the game. They represent less than 5% of cars in the game.

I really don’t get the complaining about Mirco transactions. I have gotten multiple millions of dollars and like 100 free cars so far just from playing the game. At no point have I felt pressured into paying real money in the game. It’s truly odd reading all these articles about how “bogged down” the game is by micro…

The problem with the “they dedicated their time to fixing the game” narrative is that they STILL haven’t fixed the game. Not totally anyway. They added some very basic stuff (and it took a year to do it) but alot of the issues are still there.

Basically, yeah. Watching their livestream yesterday it felt like a preview for a game being released in 6 months not a game that has been out for well over a year.
