I really liked the first driving scene where the camera is just spinning around for the majority of it in one take (or a faked version of that kind of thing).

They have done a few storybook sketches depicting Japanese Muppets, but those are all white people doing (not super offensive, but still) accents. I don’t believe they’ve even had an Asian Muppet performers before, so that could be a big reason why they haven’t tried until now.
