Sure, it’s a fun deviation. But often these animated episodes look cheap and worse than a Homestar Runner short (not to dismiss the Brothers Chaps, but they know they’re making a webtoon not a TV show).
I’d be inclined to agree if that joke wasn’t so ham-fisted into that short (which you wouldn’t be able to gather from just looking at stills).
Between this and the new Looney Tunes on HBO Max, I expect an increase in sales of anvils and dynamite.
“Biopic” seems like such an odd thing to describe a movie about someone who was alive thousands of years ago.
Don’t forget Tower of Terror.
I’ve seen people making that argument since the trailers dropped, so I’m curious as to whether you read an actual review or just some essay based on the trailers.
I was very lucky to catch Onward just a few days before our state told theaters to close.
At least it’ll be seen in some fashion; shame it won’t be on a large screen. Knowing Pixar, the visuals scream to be on a giant viewing thingy.
Huh, I don’t think I remember him. I remember all the other restaurant staff though (the guy who gives Boo a hard time and the guy they tried to force a romance with Sutton Foster with).

Not long before the revival was coming along, I just went for it and made it through until around mid season 6-ish. Last year I managed to get through the whole series from the start, and I definitely noticed my…
But...there’s no plot. You have just as much material to work with as a bunch of fortune cookie fortunes.
Movies? No. I haven’t seen the newest Grinch movie, but Horton Hears a Who is probably the least offensive (and even then it’s not that good).
RIP. She also performed one of my favorite lesser-known Sesame Street tracks:
Is this gonna be like when they were on Hulu/Netflix and a lot of episodes were like 20 minutes because of all the things they had to cut for rights issues?
I was expecting the first movie to be some wacky slapsticky thing like Cheaper by the Dozen, but aside from the thing where Steve Martin tries to get a letter from falling in a pool or something, I was surprised by how grounded it was. The sequel was a little more what I was expecting.
Wait, so the Chipettes were men too?
