Terry would be perfect Barret.

FYI - I had never heard the term and so searched for “tate mode” to discern its meaning: apparently it’s from the Japanese word for vertical () and is pronounced “tah-tay”.

I’d say congratulations are in order. He finally kept one of his promises! Only took him two years in office but he finally did it!

Starred because that’s got to be my favourite Rollins track, and him in the nun’s habit cracks me up every time.

Now playing

Wwll, surely next time he wants to do a big TV thing, the networks will have learned, and be like ‘nah, you know, last time wasn’t great, it was kind of a waste of time’.

I hate to say it but, that not actually true, since the 1970s. You just copyright it as choreography.

I’ve been saying this for a few weeks now, but the platforms need to set up a Movies Anywhere/UltraViolet-like service where games purchased on one platform will be available on another.

This is spot on and speaks to my theory (based on my similar experience) that it’s sort of a systemic spread of panic and edginess that starts to infect maps—sort of like the “chicken vs. egg” of griefing. Would an encounter like that have just happened on its own—or did the probability skyrocket because players are

One of the problems is that it only takes being griefed once or twice to ruin the whole mode. Even if someone has a good experience most of the time, those times where they didn’t will be what they remember. So if you’re not really dillgent then over time players just slowly leak away until you’re only left with

I’m with you. And I think the collectibles would be improved if they let the lore audio play while you walked around. I’d probably listen to more of it and therefore be more interested in tracking more of it down.

With that in mind they have every right to be annoyed.

Math is difficult for people who don’t think 60 hours of entertainment is worth ~$60.

I love the practice of review bombing to express displeasure with something that is utterly unrelated to the quality of the game.

Seriously, this is the price of day-one adoption or pre-ordering. You’re taking a calculated risk that the price you pay to be there on the first day will remain static for a long enough

It’s just another doe for you and me in paradise.

You are trying to compare two sepperate situations though. A lot of people want NEW games on their switch. Not games they own on 4 other systems. Switch had a very lackluster year full of ports. Some very good ports, but ports none the less and many of them ANCIENT by video game standards.

Ports always get derided, on

It’s weird to think that, when Spider-Man came out just a week ago, Gamers decried its exclusivity.

And another reason why I need to go back and replay Saints Row III.

Hell yes. I had the exact same reaction as my character did in Saints Row III.
