Indiana has almost always had the most generic looking NBA jerseys. Generic is fine if you are a team with a rich history like Boston, otherwise they just come off as boring and uninspired.

I think George’s issues have less to do with Westbrook and more to do with Anthony slowing that offense down to a standstill every time he gets a touch. Kind of hard to pick your spots when Anthony takes 10 seconds of the shot clock down on isolation plays.

Okafor is a weird player. There are times hes the best player on the court, especially at Duke, but you are right. He cant rebound, hes a terrible defender and hes a black hole on offense. Essentially he is the 2nd coming of Eddy Curry although i still believe he can become something much more.

Yeah, i think Simmons and Embiid were going to be good no matter who drafted them. I was definitely thinking of Noel, Stauskas and Okafor though. In the case of Okafor they blew it so badly on every level. Thats not to say Okafor didnt have a lot to do with it, but still.

No doubt that hes a liability on defense. Bad footwork, almost non-existent vertical and a very low defensive IQ. That said, he is still one of the better post players on offense and with Russell out for a month the Nets have very few options who can regularly score. At worst i see him getting 13 a game.

It’s a great team for him to play for at this point in his career. He’ll be a classic “great stats/terrible team” player and can at least get some time on the floor to attempt to improve his game.
