She got paid a grand for a day's work. I can't say she qualifies as underpaid. And if she's actually an aspiring actress, it's not a shabby title on her CV.

I've seen photos of her wearing jeans! To which I say: Impossible for that photo to be legit.

If that's actually her real, non-photo-shopped ass, there's no way she can find a pair of pants or jeans that fit her. I have a waist that's much smaller than my butt (although not even close to her proportions), and finding pants that fit is a true struggle.

Honestly, I think the title of the show kept people from watching. I hate the word "selfie" so much that I dismissed the show immediately. And I know I'm not the only one.

I really hope she gets ousted after spending the whole budget on Ice Town.

Maybe if the lawyer spent less time being a baby on Twitter and more time doing his job, he could read all 1000 documents.

Debby is an old friend of mine (we went to junior high and part of high school together), and she's great! Thanks for promoting her awesomeness!

It's also not an insult— just a comedic observation. She's a tiny person.

Am I the only one who thinks Pee Wee Herman looks a lot like Alan Cumming?

I haven't watched the QL Show, but she looks amazing in that clip. Super-gorgeous.

I'm... not even sure what Stedman is trying to say.

I'm guessing it includes some sort of cape.

Agreed. I had several friends who couldn't come to our wedding who didn't even bother sending a gift. And I had gone to all of their weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, etc. throughout the country, and always sent gifts. But nope, they couldn't send even a gift card. I'd have been much more forgiving if they…

I truly don't understand why there are so many posts bagging on KK when if people actually don't like her, the most effective thing they could do is to ignore her. Her success comes from attention, positive or negative. If you ignore a product altogether, it eventually gets taken off the market.

It makes me sad that there's such a thing as a "Vine star".

Didn't this happen on Grey's Anatomy? The whole Izzy/Denny debacle?

It depends whether the crime is one of specific intent or strict liability. If you are incapable of forming intent and the crime has a required intent element, intoxication may be a defense. DUI is strict liability offense so being impaired doesn't negate the crime. Make sense?

I love that people are addressing their complaints to Taylor Swift directly like she's tech support.

I'm a criminal defense attorney. I'm not new to any of this.

They also probably wouldn't have been charged with anything if she hadn't thrown a public tantrum. The cops likely would have warned them to not do it again, and that would have been the end of it. By making a spectacle, the prosecutors feel justified in being a bit vindictive.
