Had to replace my PC last year (7-year old gaming laptop that could still run new games. It deserves a viking funeral) so I think I’ll still wait another year or two to upgrade the old Xbox.

well you definitely caught me on being dramatic (Though i assumed that was obvious, as I’ve never had all those symptoms at once) but I’ve definitely had vomiting from influenza. Nausea often accompanies fever.
